I got the classic iced matcha latte and it was surprisingly really great. I find it hard to find a good matcha that isn't just straight up milk. You could really taste the matcha flavour and it was sweetened well. My only concern is that others who don't like their matcha sweetened won't have any flexibility because the matcha powder itself is pre-sweetened. The baristas do let you know beforehand though!

Great place for a weekend coffee and light food. The place has great vibes and friendly staff. On weekends it is crowded so lucky if you get table.
The space was super cute and clean. The staff were kind and friendly. Overall very cute spot! My croissant was delicious however the matcha was slightly burnt (bringing in that bitter taste), which is not an uncommon occurrence in cafes that don’t specialize in drinks outside of coffee. Didn’t ruin the experience by any means and would definitely come back to try something else.
A busy and happening place. While it was busy, there was still seats available. Ordered a couple of mocha's and a lemonade. The strawberry peach lemonade was really neat looking, and tasted great. No one flavour overpowered the others, and it wasn't pure sugar, just the right amount of sweetness. The oat milk mocha's were also great. They listed the size as a medium but it is more like a large, which I am not complaining about at all. A great mix of strong coffee and cocoa, with a good amount of foam, it only left me wanting more because it was so good. I should have bought 2 for myself.
Ritual is such a cute coffee shop, the atmosphere is cozy and Instagram worthy, it’s a place you want to sit inside. Not only that but the quality of the food is fantastic, have not been disappointed in anything I’ve tried which includes lattes, desserts, and various sandwiches. Take out is great too but the atmosphere is too good not to sit inside. Great coffee! Great food! (The only reason it didn’t get 5/5 for me is the limited/tight parking.)
Very cute corner cafe on the Main Street of old Stittsville. Fun decor, relaxed and inviting atmosphere, staff were friendly. The iced matcha latte was really good, you could actually taste the matcha. The maple latte was also good, but I couldn’t really taste the maple, it was more like a caramel macchiato. I specifically asked to be extra hot, but it came out lukewarm. The ritual butter tart was decent but still too much sugar to my liking. Parking was a bit tricky, there’s a small parking behind a residential property but honestly I wasn’t sure that was the parking for the cafe.
